Why:      Borders Books & Music(R)'s new 23,000-square-foot superstore
          at 200 King Street is part of the redevelopment of the
          entire Mission Bay area by Catellus Development Corporation.
          The vision for a revitalized Mission Bay is coming to
          fruition, and the ribbon cutting ceremony will provide a
          nice photo opportunity for media.  The ribbon cutting will
          be followed by a breakfast reception in the Borders cafe
          and a book signing by Bay Area resident and best-selling
          author Michael Lewis.
