WHAT:    Tickets to the Boost Mobile Pro, the world's richest
         skateboarding event in history, go on sale.

         Held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas,
         June 27-29, 2003, the Boost Mobile Pro of Skateboarding is an
         invitational that will feature 40 of the world's leading
         professional street and vert skateboarders. The Boost Mobile
         Pro is the world's richest skate event to date with over
         $250,000 in money and prizes. Skaters invited to compete
         include Mark Appleyard, Bob Burnquist, Rune Glifberg, Pierre
         Luc Gagnon, Andrew Reynolds, Paul Rodriguez, Geoff Rowley,
         Tony Trujillo and more.

         Many of today's hottest celebrities will also be on hand to
         witness the competition and take part in the weekend's
         activities.

         Ticket prices are as follows (service fee not included):
         --  $10 for a one-day pass (purchased separately)
         --  $18 for a two-day pass
         --  $35 for a one-day family pass (up to four family members)
         --  $65 for a two-day family pass (up to four family members)

         The Boost Mobile Pro will also include a headlining musical
         performance at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino's The Joint on
         Friday, June 27, by a multi-platinum Grammy award-winning
         act. Concert tickets available separately.

WHEN:    Tickets to the Boost Mobile Pro of Skateboarding will be
         available for purchase on Wednesday, May 7, 2003.

         including WHEREHOUSE music, Tower Records and Robinsons-May,
         by phone through your local Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone
