Before producing Disney's &uot;Tarzan,&uot; the award-winning Bonnie
Arnold completed numerous notable projects including
Disney/Pixar's Oscar-nominated &uot;Toy Story&uot; -- the
highest-grossing film of 1995. Throughout her career in film
production, Arnold has worked on films with some of today's
top directors and stars, including Michael Mann, Peter Weir,
Harrison Ford, Denzel Washington and Daniel Day-Lewis.
Chris Buck, who began his professional career with Disney in
1978, has been contributing to the art of animation for
nearly two decades, in roles ranging from animator to
director. His list of credits preceding &uot;Tarzan&uot; includes
work on numerous notable pictures including &uot;The Fox and the
Hound,&uot; &uot;Who Framed Roger Rabbit,&uot; &uot;The Little
Mermaid&uot; and
&uot;Pocahontas.&uot; Working closely with co-director Kevin Lima,
the two helped turn the animated version of Edgar Rice
Burrough's classic jungle tale &uot;Tarzan&uot; into a 1999
big-screen reality and the fifth-highest-grossing animated
film of all time.
