DIRECTIONS: From the 118 (Reagan) Freeway or the 101 (Ventura) Freeway, take
the Topanga Canyon Boulevard exit. Go to Roscoe Boulevard. Go west on Roscoe to
Valley Circle Boulevard. Go north on Valley Circle to Woolsey Canyon Drive.
Turn left. Go to the top of the hill. Park near the Boeing gate for badge and
escort onto the property. In addition to the dedication ceremony, the event
will include a bus tour of the facility and a hot-fire test of a Rocketdyne
RS-27A engine for the Boeing Delta II launch vehicle. Media representatives are
