WHAT:      The City of El Segundo and The Boeing Co. will remember
           Chad Keller and Ruben Ornedo during the Freedom Park
           Memorial Dedication. Keller and Ornedo were Boeing
           Satellite Systems, El Segundo, Calif., employees who lost
           their lives in a plane crash on Sept. 11, 2001. The Freedom
           Park Memorial Wall will honor the El Segundo-based
           employees and the sacrifice made by their families and
           friends.

WHO:       El Segundo Mayor Mike Gordon
           Randy Brinkley, vice president & general manager of Boeing
            Satellite Systems
           City and state government officials
           The Ornedo and Keller families
           The Los Angeles Air Force Base color guard

WHEN:      Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2002 at 10 a.m. Media interested in
           attending should arrive by 9:45 a.m.

WHERE:     Freedom Park at the corner of Illinois and Mariposa in El
           Segundo.
