What:             Executives for The Boeing Co. and its industry
                  partners will be available to discuss the Joint
                  Tactical Radio System Cluster 1 contract recently
                  awarded to the Boeing-led team by the U.S. Army

              --  Allen Ashby, vice president and general manager,
                  Battle Management/Command, Control and
                  Communications (BMC3(cubed)) & Strategic Systems,
                  The Boeing Co.

              --  Carl O'Berry, vice president, Strategic
                  Architecture, Boeing Space and Communications, The
                  Boeing Co.

              --  Alex Lopez, director, Integrated Government Systems,
                  Battle Management/Command, Control and
                  Communications (BMC3(cubed)) & Strategic Systems,
                  The Boeing Co.

                  Note: A question and answer session will be held at
                  the conclusion of the program with participation
                  from team members TRW Inc., Rockwell Collins, BAE
                  SYSTEMS and Harris Corp. Senior leaders and program
                  managers will be in attendance.

When:             1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 26
