Brian Mellea, vice president of marketing for e-commerce services provider Beyond.com(TM) (Nasdaq:BYND), will be speaking at the Internet Commerce Expo (ICE) in San Jose, California San Jose (IPA: /ˌsænhoʊˈzeɪ/) is the third-largest city in California, and the tenth-largest in the United States. It is the county seat of Santa Clara County.  tomorrow Wednesday, September 13, 2000. The expo is expected to draw 12,000 technology professionals.

Mellea will be speaking at 12:45 PM in Room A4 at the San Jose Convention Center. He will present a study on "Globalizing An eCommerce Solution," showing the ramifications ramifications nplAuswirkungen pl  of effective eCommerce localization Customizing software and documentation for a particular country. It includes the translation of menus and messages into the native spoken language as well as changes in the user interface to accommodate different alphabets and culture.
