      What: Best Buy, the nation's leading specialty retailer of
        consumer electronics technology, is hosting a preview party
        for all interested media and other guests to celebrate the
        grand opening of its first Manhattan store. The evening will
        include store tours and interview opportunities with Chelsea
        General Manager Garry Embry and Sr. Vice President of Visual
        Merchandising and Store Design James Damian, as well as a $1
        million donation presentation to local NYC charities.

          In addition, the event will include live entertainment, food,
        shopping and prize drawings.

      When: Wednesday, June 12, 2002
