    What: Best Buy, North America's leading specialty retailer of
        digital technology and entertainment products will open its
        doors at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 23rd to Traverse City-area
        shoppers. The store located at 2577 North US 31 South,
        features a new store design highlighting techno-tainment.

        Dedicated to being a true "good neighbor", Best Buy works with
        a number of nonprofit organizations that can link Best Buy
        support and resources to communities where Best Buy stores are
        located. Children and families in Traverse City are now
        eligible to be involved in a number of Best Buy/nonprofit
        relationships, including those with the United Way, Junior

        The Traverse City store is one of approximately 60 new retail
