Bello to Perform Never Before Seen Aerial Trapeze Act

From a Helicopter Saluting the Statue of Liberty!!!

WHO:     The Statue of Liberty and Bello Nock, star of the all new
         133rd Edition of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey

WHAT:    The Greatest Show On Earth salutes the monumentally
         courageous spirit of America and The Big Apple! For 133 years
         Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey has been bringing thrills
         and laughs to audiences across the country. Bello Nock, named
         "America's Best Clown" by Time Magazine, will hang from a
         trapeze bar under a moving helicopter to entertain "Lady
         Liberty" and salute the American spirit during the show's New
         York engagement at Madison Square Garden. "Bellocopter One"
         is piloted by Bello's brother Eugene Nock.

WHEN:    MONDAY, MARCH 31, 2003
         -- Helicopter departs at 1:30 p.m.
         -- Arrival at Statue of Liberty at approximately 2:00 p.m.

WHERE:   Helicopter departs from the Liberty Heliport at 30th Street
         and 12th Avenue

HOW TO COVER THIS EVENT:

1. Media Helicopter: "Bellocopter Two" -- 1:30 p.m. Space is very
    limited
   Departing from Liberty Heliport just prior to Bello's helicopter

2. Media Ferry -- the "Bello Boat" -- 1:15 p.m.
   Chartered N.Y. Waterway ferry to depart from Pier 78 at W.38th
   Street and 12th Avenue.

3. Limited Viewing from Battery Park Esplanade Behind World Financial
    Center
   Bello will pass this area on his way to and from the Statue of
   Liberty.
