WHAT:    10th Annual Massachusetts Software Council Investment
         Conference for Private Companies

WHEN:    Friday, April 2 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

WHERE:   Upper Level, World Trade Center, Boston

DETAILS: More than two dozen Massachusetts area technology companies
         seeking seed, early-stage and late-round investment capital
         will present their business plans to an audience of venture
         capitalists and private equity investors at a special
         investment conference organized by the Massachusetts Software
         Council.

         These companies represent a broad range of technology
         businesses, including environmental compliance management,
         secure communications with embedded devices, wireless
         automated report generation for smart devices and management
         and training of government first responders.

         Company presentations will take place from 8:30 a.m. to
         12:30 p.m. Demonstrations will be available from 12:30 p.m.
         to 2:30 p.m.
