The Bay Area Council will be discussing new, important findings on Bay Area residents' opinions of electrical energy, the electrical energy crisis, and its causes and solutions.

The results discuss the perceived per·ceive  
tr.v. per·ceived, per·ceiv·ing, per·ceives
1. To become aware of directly through any of the senses, especially sight or hearing.

2. To achieve understanding of; apprehend.
 causes of the electrical energy crisis, the residents' approval of possible solutions, and personal conservation efforts. The findings are from a larger opinion poll, Bay Area Poll, produced annually by the Bay Area Council and conducted by Field Research Corporation. The results are being released early due to the timeliness of the issue and the significance of the results.
