), the parent company of BankAtlantic, Levitt Corporation and Ryan, Beck and Co., announced today that May 23, 2001 has been established as the date of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders. In conjunction with the Annual Meeting, BankAtlantic Bancorp will also hold an Investor Exposition presenting exhibits of its subsidiaries.
