News/Assignment Editors

ADVISORY...

--(BUSINESS WIRE)

Event Will be Rescheduled Week of October October: see month.  8 or 15, More Information

Will be Sent to Media Within Next Few Days

WHO: BRS, Austin, Texas, developers of Business Insight(R), Quick
Insight(R) and Plan Write(R) Product Lines.

WHAT: Media tour scheduled for 9/17 to discuss launch of four
additional Plan Write(R) Products with East Coast Media is
         being postponed.

WHY: In light of the recent attack on the U.S. and physical damage
that has scarred two of the cities scheduled for visits as
part of the tour, air travel is still impossible or sporadic.
Despite welcome encouragement from our friends in the media,
the unreliability and uncertainty of air travel from Austin
to these cities has left us with no choice but to postpone
until such time as this travel becomes more feasible.

WHEN: The weeks of October 8 and October 15 are both being
considered. Editors are welcome to contact BRS contacts given
in this alert with a preference. A final decision will be
         made next week.

WHERE: At your offices. Interviewee will be Director and
         Co-founder Jerry Spencer.
