What        Ceremony marking the grand opening of the first of eight
            stand-alone "All Aboard" retail centers (Kiosks) at eight
            BART stations: Rockridge, Walnut Creek, Orinda, Pleasant
            Hill, Concord, Daly City, Colma and Fremont.

            The primary focus of the kiosks would be to rent and sell
            audio and video recordings, along with other merchandise
            and services such as dry cleaning, flowers, photo
            processing, food and beverages, books and magazines, and
            BART tickets.
