    What:       Atlas Air, Inc., in cooperation with the relief
                 organization Fundaven Venezuela, is donating the
                 first jumbo freighter flight authorized to land in
                 Valencia, Venezuela.

    When:       Tuesday, January 11, 2000
                 9:45 a.m.  Media meet transport vehicles at Northwest
                  Gate
                 10:00 a.m. Briefing by Atlas and Fundaven Venezuela
                 10:15 a.m. Aircraft loading
                 11:00 a.m. Plane departs

    Where:      Miami-Dade County Airport, Northwest Gate

    Directions: Entrance to the event will be provided through the
                 Northwest Gate at 9:45 a.m. From N.W. 36 Street, turn
                 south on 57th Avenue to N.W. 36th Street Access Road.
                 Travel westbound on N.W. 36th Street Access Road.
                 Turn south on 67th Avenue. The Northwest Gate is
                 located at the intersection of N.W. 67th Avenue and
                 32 Street. A bus will be at the gate to take you to
                 the event. Escort for Live Units will also be
                 provided.

    Note:       We will be pleased to arrange individual photo
                 opportunities, a tour of the B747 and individual
                 interviews at the conclusion of the briefing.
