WHO:       Atlantic recording artist Craig David at Annie Leibovitz
           exhibit in American Express Headquarters.

WHAT:      First-ever live Sessions@AOL concert event, featuring Craig
           David. The UK-based vocalist/songwriter will perform an
           acoustic set in an intimate environment, highlighted by
           songs from his acclaimed new album, SLICKER THAN YOUR
           AVERAGE.

           This live event, which takes place at the "Rewarding Lives"
           exhibit against the backdrop of Annie Leibovitz's inspired
           collection of photos sponsored by American Express,
           celebrates the relationship launched earlier this year
           pairing American Express and AOL Music. The concert
           represents a unique event that brings music and art fans
           alike to the lower Manhattan area this season where they
           can enjoy a unique live performance and the opportunity to
           see the "Rewarding Lives" exhibit.

           in downtown New York City.

           downtown 2 more blocks to Vesey.
