On Thursday, December 4, 2003, hundreds of Atlantic Coast Airlines Atlantic Coast Airlines (IATA: DH, ICAO: BLR, and Callsign: Blue Ridge) was an airline based in the United States owned by Atlantic Coast Holdings, Inc.. It operated as United Express for United Airlines and Delta Connection for Delta Air Lines.  (ACA ACA - Application Control Architecture ) employees will gather at Washington Dulles International Airport Washington Dulles International Airport (IATA: IAD, ICAO: KIAD, FAA LID: IAD) is a public airport located 25 miles (40 km) west of the central business district of Washington, D.C., in Loudoun County and Fairfax County, Virginia, United States.  for a rally in support of their company, their local customers and the future of Independence Air. The event is being organized by AERO, or "ACA Employees Repelling Ornstein." The group, which joined forces shortly after Mesa Air Groups Inc.'s CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Notes:
Hostile takeovers are usually bad news, as the employee moral of the target firm can quickly turn to animosity against the acquiring firm.
 bid of Atlantic Coast Airlines in October, hopes to express the opinions of the thousands of ACA employees who do not support a takeover by Mesa and want to keep the low-fare carrier in the Washington-area. The slogan of the rally is "Make a Mess of Mesa!"
