WHAT:  The Orange County Business Council will be hosting a breakfast
       event with Assemblywoman Lynn Daucher (R-Brea) as our special
       guest.  Assemblywoman Daucher will provide a wrap-up of the
       2003 legislative year and some predictions for 2004 for
       California with a new governor.

WHEN:  Thursday, Nov. 6, 2003 from 7:30-9 a.m.

WHERE: Hyatt Regency Irvine, 17900 Jamboree Rd., Irvine

COST:  $20 (Public Affairs committee members complimentary)
