      WHAT: Arbitron Inc. (NYSE: ARB) and Edison Media Research will
        unveil the findings of their latest joint Internet study,
        "Internet VIII: Advertising vs. Subscription - Which Streaming
        Model will Win?"

      The study reveals that 80 million consumers, representing 35
percent of Americans age 12 and older, have watched or listened to
streaming media. Furthermore, in the four and a half year period that
Arbitron/Edison have been conducting these studies, Internet access
among Americans has increased from 31 percent to the current high of
72 percent. These findings, along with other significant information,
will be presented during a live Webcast and teleconference.
