         become part of mainstream consumer habits.

WHO: Bill Rose, general manager and vice president, Arbitron
          Internet Broadcast Services, Arbitron Inc.
         Larry Rosin, president, Edison Media Research

WHEN:    Wednesday, September 24, 2003
         12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. (EDT)

DETAILS: Bill Rose and Larry Rosin will discuss how Internet
         Broadcasting consumption has become a mainstream activity
         amongst consumers today. They will also explore the consumer

         the first to buy or try new products or services.

         Other new findings from the study include:

            -- Online purchasing has nearly doubled in the past three

                advertising versus other business models;

            -- A quarter of those with Internet access at home use
                software programs to block other forms of Internet
                intrusions;

            -- Despite predictions of a plateau, the percentage of
                Americans with Internet access in any location (home,
                work, school, public library) increased to 80 percent.

    In addition, Mr. Rose and Mr. Rosin will address the latest data
on the impact of broadband/internet connections on media and consumer
