WHAT:   The first in a series of joint Webinars covering the scope,
        challenges and enabling technology for facilitating
        Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. The Webinar will provide an
        introduction to the basic requirements of regulatory
        compliance for the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (specifically, Sections
        103, 201, 301 and 302).

        It will also describe how to use Applix's flexible business
        intelligence tool, TM1, to facilitate Sarbanes-Oxley Act
        compliance by extending an enterprise's existing IT
