          the Fall Fashion Show and Luncheon "The Nutcracker."

     WHO: Any Baby Can Alliance serves families with children
          facing serious health or developmental problems.
          For more than 20 years, the agency has served as a
          safety net and vital resource for thousands of families
          with critically and chronically ill children.

    WHEN: 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 7, 2002

   WHERE: Adams's Mark Hotel

          San Antonio

     WHY: This event serves as a primary annual fundraiser
          for the Any Baby Can (ABC) Alliance. Proceeds from
          the event are the catalyst that enables ABC to
          provide educational, emotional, and financial
          assistance to families with children who have
          special health care needs.
