             GRAND OPENING OF ALL-NEW DISNEY STORE DESIGN
                SOUTH COAST PLAZA -- SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

         Grand Opening Ceremony and Store Unveiling
         10 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
         Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will join store executives Tom
         Park and Doug Murphy and Skating Champion Michelle Kwan to
         officially open the all-new Disney Store design. Through the
         magic of light, music and dance, the new, innovative Disney
         Store will be unveiled.

         Meet Skating Champion Michelle Kwan
         10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
         Skating Champion Michelle Kwan will be on hand to meet fans
         and sign copies of her books "Michelle Kwan Presents Skating
         Dreams: The Turning Point" and "Michelle Kwan Presents
         Skating Dreams: Staying Balanced." The first 100 guests will
         receive a free copy of one of the books.

         Meet and Greet Buzz Lightyear
         10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
         Guests can have a free photo taken with the Star of
         Disney-Pixar's new animated series, "Buzz Lightyear of Star
         Command." In addition, guests can register for great prizes!

         Disney Store Style Spectacular
         11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. -- Carousel Court
         Through dazzling, high-energy hip-hop style dance numbers,
         the Disney Store's new sleepwear, back-to-school clothes and
         102 Dalmatians fashions will be presented to audiences.
         Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will be featured in the finale
         of each show.

         Meet and Greet Pooh and Tigger
         11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
         Parents are encouraged to bring a camera to capture their
         children meeting these lovable Disney characters.

         Cha Cha Cha with Bear from Jim Henson Television's
         "Bear in the Big Blue House" as seen everyday on Disney
         Channel
         Noon and 2 p.m.
         Sing and dance along with Bear as he teaches kids of all ages
         how to do his signature Cha Cha Cha.

         Radio Disney Street Team
         12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
         The Radio Disney Street Team promises lots of fun to keep
         audiences entertained throughout the day.

         Live Performance by Hollywood Records' Recording Artists
         Nobody's Angel
         4 p.m. -- Carousel Court
         The day will be highlighted by a live performance by Nobody's
         Angel. Group members Sarah, Stacey, Ali and Amy Sue will
         perform their hot pop tunes right in the heart of the action
         in Carousel Court. Fans are encouraged to stick around after
         the show for a CD signing; Nobody's Angel CDs will be
         available for purchase at the Disney Store.
