   Nechita to Roll-Out "Art Department in a Box" Benefit Program in
      Colorado; Will Make Special Appearance Before Educators and
         Art Students through PlatteForum Educational Program

WHO:        GALLERY M of Cherry Creek North, which represents more
            than 30 internationally known, distinctive artists, fine
            art photographers and sculptors. GALLERY M is responsible
            for bringing the works of many prominent contemporary and
            international fine artists to the Rocky Mountain region
            such as Alexandra Nechita as well as Clemens Briels,
            Charles Dwyer Jr., Robert Kaupelis, Regina Saura, Piotr
            Strelnik and Jay Wolf Schlossberg-Cohen.

WHAT:       GALLERY M will host an exclusive selling exhibition
            featuring internationally renowned, Alexandra Nechita,
            often referred to as a child prodigy artist, now age 17.
            Her cubist work has been acclaimed worldwide and her
            dedication to peace and tenacity toward saving the arts
            internationally recognized.

            Nechita will speak in Denver at two grand opening events
            to showcase her newest works.

            Among the works to be included in this selling exhibition
            are original acrylic paintings on canvas, original
            drawings, original watercolors and hand-pulled
            lithographs. GALLERY M is the ONLY gallery in the Front
            Range offering this exclusive collection.

WHEN:       Friday, April 25, 2003, 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
                            AND
            Saturday, April 26, 2003, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

            The Nechita exhibit will be on display for public viewing
            and purchasing from April 15, 2003-June 25, 2003

OTHER INFO- Additionally, during her visit, Nechita will be the guest
RMATION:    at a special event hosted by PlatteForum -- a non-profit
            center connecting education, art and youth. During this
            event, Nechita will discuss her "Art Department in A Box"
            donation program, as she aims for Colorado to be the
            second state to benefit from this creative approach to
            preserving art programs in the school. The program allows
            Colorado educators facing art cutbacks to receive supplies
            for students. Nechita personally funded this program in
            Californian to encourage others to support the teaching of
            the arts.
