WHAT:  March of Dimes 30th Annual WalkAmerica, the walk that saves
       babies.

WHY:   Every day, 100 babies die and 400 more are born with a birth
       defect. Corporate partners have become a critical key in the
       success of the March of Dimes and its mission. The March of
       Dimes is dedicated to improving the health of babies by
       preventing birth defects, low birthweight and infant death.

       With the support of its corporate partners, WalkAmerica, the
       nation's first-ever walking fundraiser, has raised more than $1
       billion to fund lifesaving research and innovative community
       education programs, critical in the fight for healthy babies.

WHEN:  Saturday, April 29
       Registration begins at 7 a.m.; WalkAmerica kick-off at 8 a.m.

WHERE: Griffith Park
       Zoo Drive, Los Angeles

WHO:   Nearly 10,000 walkers, individuals and corporate teams, will
       lace up their shoes at WalkAmerica to take the walk that saves
       babies' lives.
