    WHO:    Basketball footwear and apparel company AND 1 and
            playground players including the newly signed Professor,
            as well as living legends Hot Sauce, Main Event, Half Man,
            Alimoe, AO, Prime Objective, 50, Escalade, Go Get It,
            Helicopter, High Octane, Shane the Dribbling Machine and
            Syk Wit It.

    WHAT:   The 2004 AND 1 Mix Tape(R) Tour is the official, authentic
            streetball event running this summer in 30 cities from
            June 3rd through August 21st. What began as an
            underground, five-city event is now the United States'
            largest summer-long basketball tour featuring the world's
            best streetball players. Each Tour stop consists of a free
            Open Run followed by a ticketed Mix Tape Game.

accompanied by a parent or guardian. Open run participants

will be vying for a place on the 2005 AND 1 Mix Tape(R) Tour,

an endorsement contract and may be featured on the third

season of "Street Ball: The AND 1 Mix Tape(R) Tour presented

by Mountain Dew Code Red" on ESPN this summer. Careful:

"featured" can mean "embarrassed".
