               details of its forthcoming AMD-K7(tm)
               microprocessor -- the leading-edge, seventh-generation
               successor to the AMD-K6(R) processor family -- at the
               11th annual Microprocessor Forum. These details are the
               subject of "The AMD-K7 Microprocessor: A First Look,"
               to be presented by Dirk Meyer, director of engineering
               for the AMD-K7 design team.
