are immediately transported to Disney's new "interactive
destination" designed to educate kids and families about
important Internet safety topics through original, interactive
games and activities.
In addition, Disney Online will host a beach bash to celebrate
the launch of Surf Swell Island: Adventures In Internet Safety
Web site. Southern California children join Mickey, Minnie,
Donald & Goofy for an interactive Internet safety adventure
during the kick-off festivities, where the five tropical
Island locales come to life to convey the site's cyber-safety
lessons through interactive games and activities.
At the event, real kids take both online and off-line tours of
Surf Swell Island to help educate them about the importance of
Internet safety. These valuable, interactive "smart surfing"
lessons are easy to reach by simply logging onto
