WHAT: Chris Wysopal, director of research and development at digital
    security consulting firm @stake, Inc., will present testimony
    tomorrow, Wednesday, September 10, at a U.S. House of
    Representatives Subcommittee Hearing on "Worm and Virus Defense:
    How Can We Protect the Nation's Computers From These Threats?"

        Wysopal's testimony will address:

        develop standards for best practices on how the technology
        industry will report and respond to security vulnerabilities.

        accepted processes will allow security vulnerabilities to be
        handled in a way that reduces the dangers of security breaches
        and helps security vendors and researchers more effectively
        protect Internet users and critical infrastructures.
