Where:    Orlando Culinary Academy

          directions: near OBT off John Young Parkway

          In Mashon, the student run restaurant, part of the Orlando
          Culinary Academy's Le Cordon Bleu program.

Why:      In commemoration of the anniversary of 9/11/01, the culinary
          students and faculty want to thank the local rescue teams
          for the work they do in Orlando.

Highlights:

-- Fifty to 70 rescue workers, with guests will be the honored

guests of the Academy.

-- More than 30 culinary students who have volunteered their time

and efforts to produce this event. The students will cook and

serve.

-- Several students who have just returned from Iraq will also be

acknowledged.

-- The menu packet will include poems, thank you letters and

other messages to the rescue workers, from the students.

-- A special recipe New York Cheesecake won an internal contest

and will be the dessert for the evening.
