When:     Thursday, September 11, 2003, 5 to 8 pm
          Reception from 5 to 6 pm
          Dinner from 6 to 8 pm

Where:    Orlando Culinary Academy
          8511 Commodity Circle, Orlando, 32819
          directions: near OBT off John Young Parkway

          In Mashon, the student run restaurant, part of the Orlando
          Culinary Academy's Le Cordon Bleu program.

Why:      In commemoration of the anniversary of 9/11/01, the culinary
          students and faculty want to thank the local rescue teams
          for the work they do in Orlando.

acknowledged.

other messages to the rescue workers, from the students.
