ADVISORY...for Sunday-Thursday (Dec. 8-12)

What: Through intensive lectures and hands-on exercises, the Wharton
Seminars for Business Journalists, led by Wharton's most prominent
professors, help participants gain better understanding of key
business and economic issues. The program, now in its 34th year,
offers participants an opportunity to expand their knowledge, increase
their exposure to leading experts and broaden their perspectives in a
stimulating environment.

When: Dec. 8-12, 2002.

Where: Classes will be held in Wharton's new state-of-the-art
facility, Jon. M. Huntsman Hall. Huntsman Hall is located at 38th and
Walnut Streets in Philadelphia, Pa. Lodging will be provided at The
Inn at Penn, a 238-room, full-service hotel located in the heart of
the University of Pennsylvania campus.

Key Take-aways: During this time of heightened scrutiny of accounting
practices and financial statements, a strong foundation of business
and economic knowledge is more important than ever for business
journalists. At the Wharton Seminars for Business Journalists,
participants will:
