Fudacz, chair of Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliott LLP's statewide water law practice and general counsel to the Association of Groundwater Management Agencies -- an organization he helped to form -- is available to comment on a landmark settlement with eight of the companies responsible for contaminants in the groundwater in the San Gabriel Valley The San Gabriel Valley is one of the principal valleys of southern California. It lies to the east of the city of Los Angeles, to the north of the Puente Hills, to the south of the San Gabriel Mountains, and to the west of the Inland Empire. . Fudacz represented the Main San Gabriel Basin Watermaster who spearheaded this critical effort including the cleanup plan.
