            consultant, former United States intelligence officer, and
            author, Winkler is regarded as a modern-day "James Bond"
            due to his consistent ability to conduct penetration tests
            and quickly steal billions of dollars from companies that
            hire him to test their security. He will speak on
            information security issues and challenges companies face
            today.
