Arista Records is an American record label that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony BMG, and operates under the RCA Label Group.
 President Clive Davis Clive Jay Davis (born April 4, 1932) is an American record producer and a leading music industry executive. From 1967-72 he was the President of Columbia Records, was the founder and president of Arista Records in the late 1970s through 2000 until founding J Records.  will present Houston's first studio album in eight years, My Love Is You Love at Sony SONY Standard Oil of New York (common, but untrue; it's an urban legend)  Studios on Thursday, November 5.
