relations Web sites for nearly 400 public companies, is
sponsoring "Reaching Investors Over the Internet," a
half-day event for investor relations professionals.

Why: The Internet is radically changing the way public

timely, accurate and value-added information. This
half-day event will focus on how today's professional
and individual investors are using the Internet, and
the ways that public companies can enhance the
effectiveness of their Web sites for this crucial
               audience.
