          net.com's SCREAM(TM) Service Creation Manager. net.com's
          SCREAM provides service providers with the infrastructure
          to deliver new content based revenue streams using
          dynamically allocated bandwidth. Elron TeleSoft's
          Intertools service management suite provides the mediation
          and provisioning interfaces.
