ISO New England Inc. will address the findings of its study on Generator Unit Availability, including:
-- Power plant availability from 1995-2000,

-- Underlying trends in availability both pre- and post-implementation of the
region's wholesale market; and

-- Further steps in monitoring the region's power supply.


This report is a statistical analysis of generator unit availability of New England's power plants. This study is not, however, an examination of market power, and therefore does not analyze those factors that influence power plant availability.
