Who: Synetics Solutions Inc. is one of the few companies that
designs, manufactures, installs and tests customized
mini-environments for semiconductor manufacturers.
Synetics was formed in June 2000 when Yaskawa Electric
Corp., one of the world's leading manufacturers of factory
automation products, acquired the assets of the Huntair
isolation technology division, an Oregon-based
manufacturer of mini-environments. The Yaskawa ownership
brings worldwide infrastructure and expertise in robotics
and automation to the new company.
What: Synetics will unveil its new corporate identity and
capabilities to the world at the SEMICON WEST 2000 show,
the semiconductor industry's largest trade show.
Interviews are now being scheduled with 38-year-old
Synetics President Greg Marvell.
