Her expertise is in providing large volume data analysis and workflow solutions in drug discovery and pre-clinical drug development.

She has completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine in Denver, Colorado, where she trained in molecular biology molecular biology, scientific study of the molecular basis of life processes, including cellular respiration, excretion, and reproduction. The term molecular biology was coined in 1938 by Warren Weaver, then director of the natural sciences program at the Rockefeller  and genetic analysis of normal and autoimmune T cell repertoires. Dr. Happ has over seven years of experience as a Research Scientist and Project Manager in the biotechnology industry. She has a strong technical expertise in cellular immunology, molecular biology and flow cytometry flow cytometry (flōˑ sī·tˑ·m , with over 20 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
