INROADS/Northern New Jersey is a Newark-based organization funded

through corporate sponsors. Its mission is to develop and place

talented minority youth in business and industry and prepare them

for corporate and community leadership.

INROADS has 52 affiliate offices throughout the country, more than

7,000 students and over 930 sponsor companies, including most of

the Fortune 1000. Since 1984, INROADS/Northern New Jersey has had

more than 220 students complete internships, the majority of whom
