), the "Web Based Clinical Trials" Conference will focus on how organizations can leverage Internet applications to speed clinical trials, while reducing costs. Industry leaders will educate attendees on how to: build sponsor driven Web-enabled clinical trial management systems to improve study conduct; identify the benefits of Application Service Providers (ASP); improve global clinical trials with reliable connectivity, dual platform capability and server availability; and, maximize real time data access to eliminate data mistakes and monitor patient records.

Specifically, Phase Forward's Eli Hauser will present the design applications that automate the clinical trial process, identify the strengths and weaknesses of Web-Based applications and explain the role of an application service provider (ASP) in clinical trials.

The following day, Paul Bleicher will focus on how researchers can dramatically reduce the error rates that hinder the effectiveness of many clinical trials, while enabling continuous monitoring of each participant's safety.

Mr. Hauser brings to Phase Forward's customers more than 15 years of technology and systems integration management experience. Prior to joining Phase Forward, Mr. Hauser was director of corporate applications at Viewlogic Systems, responsible for North American North American
