WHAT: According to its March 31, 2000 13F filings, Pequot Capital
Management is now the second largest institutional shareholder
of Amazon.com. Based on its Dec. 31, 1999 filings, Pequot
Capital did not own any Amazon.com stock during the previous
quarter.
