It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of Power Authority (NYPA) will break ground on Wednesday, Nov. 6, to formally mark the start of construction of a new state-of-the-art generating plant in Queens that will help meet New York City's future electricity requirements, and improve air quality. NYPA Chairman Louis Louis, titular duke of Burgundy Louis, 1682–1712, titular duke of Burgundy; grandson of King Louis XIV of France. He became heir to the throne on the death (1711) of his father, Louis the Great Dauphin. P. Ciminelli, New York State and local officials and representatives of environmental groups will participate in the event, which will feature remarks by several key speakers, as well as photo opportunities. Please note: photo identification will be required to enter the power plant site.

at 20th Ave. and 31st St.
