WHAT: Tigga and Rickey Smiley Rickey Smiley (born in Birmingham, Alabama) is a standup comedian, Television Host, actor, and radio personality best known for his prank phone calls. The calls feature Smiley using a disguised voice and talking to whoever answers the phone.  will host the Coca-Cola Classic True

Artist Talent Search Tour in Birmingham. Breakout rapper Nelly

will be on hand to perform his hit single "Country Grammar" and

lend support to the aspiring artists. DJ Biz Markie is the Tour

DJ.

Birmingham is the fourth stop on the seven-city tour. Other

cities included in the tour are Fresno, New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of

will feature already selected amateur talent via a special
