WHAT:            Ironside Technologies Inc. presents, "Transitioning Your
         Business to Internet Electronic Commerce."
  At EC World, Ironside Technologies will discuss the dynamic
mid-tier business-to-business electronic-commerce marketplace and its
tremendous potential for increased revenues and cost reduction.
Ironside will demonstrate the e-commerce advantage to businesses by
comparing the procurement-based model (buy-side) with the preferred
sell-side model, specifically targeting the financial justifications.
In addition, members of the "Meet the Innovators" panel will address
the build vs. buy decision, their respective e-commerce strategies,
successes, hurdles and wisdom gained in implementation: David Spreng,
Beckley Cardy; Barry Johnson, USOP; John Adams, DSI; with Bob Parker,
Advanced Manufacturing Research, moderating.
BACKGROUND:

market that allow distributors and manufacturers to conduct business
