What:                At COMMON, Ironside Technologies Inc. will announce
                innovations for Ironworks, the company's mid-tier
                business-to-business electronic-commerce solution.
                Making the announcement is Doug MacCallum,
                Ironside co-founder and vice president of
                sales development. Also available will be
                Paul St. Germain, IBM North American
                Programs Manager, Electronic Commerce
                Solutions Distribution Industry. Both will
                be available for questions and one-on-one
                meetings following the press conference.
Background:        Ironside Technologies Inc. develops and
                sells innovative business-to-business
                electronic commerce solutions for the
                mid-tier market that allow distributors and
                manufacturers to conduct business over the
                Internet in real time. Its flagship product
                is Ironworks, which allows distributors'
                and manufacturers' customers to place
                orders and make inquiries on-line with full
                access to current pricing and inventory
                information. Ironworks is also available to
                third-party business partners as an
                Internet solution that can be easily
                integrated with their current offerings.
                Current customers include USOP, Beamscope, Beckley
                Cardy, The Boelter Companies and Castrol Oil.
