What:  The "Investment Roundtable" sponsored by Graylyn Associates
       and Financial Research Corporation will be webcast by
       Acadient. Graylyn Associates and FRC will also establish a
       scholarship fund to provide educational aid to victims from
       the financial services industry.

When:  October 4, 2001, Thursday. Program will be webcast from 12
       p.m. to 3:15 p.m. Roundtable discussion will be webcast from
       1:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Where: www.acadient.com Viewers can connect to the webcast via the
       Acadient homepage. Admission is free. Audience participation is
       welcome.

Who:   Leaders from the financial services industry will discuss the
       impact of the tragic events of September 11, and the short-
       and long-term challenges facing the financial services
       industry. Topics to be discussed include mutual fund
       distribution in the U.S. and Europe, retirement market
       strategies, strategic planning and marketing strategies, among
       other topics.
