TOPIC: The Institute of Medicine released a report warning there may be a risk in disease outbreaks in the United States unless the immunization immunization: see immunity; vaccination.  system is improved, according to a Nandotimes.com report. The institute allegedly is asking the state and federal governments to contribute $1.5 billion over the next five years for inoculations and to prevent at-risk people, such as poor, inner-city children and adults, who may be skipped over.
