Industry expert John Morency will discuss how to effectively manage application service providers (ASP) at a Networld + Interop forum, scheduled for Thursday, May 11, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. PST. He has over 25 years of networking experience in software development, technical support, marketing, network management and industry consulting.
